Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement tous ceux qui nous font parvenir des messages de soutien, concernant le procès BDS du 17 juin, et qui nous encouragent à poursuivre les actions de boycott de l’occupant israélien. Nous ne pouvons publier tous les courriers que nous recevons de France et de l’étranger, mais en voici quelques-uns, dont celui de Nurit PELED, israélienne remarquable, dont le fille de 14 ans a été tuée dans un attentat suicide.
Un grand merci également à tous ceux qui ont écrit au Procureur de la République et au Président du tribunal de la 17ème chambre, pour dire "Moi aussi, je boycotte", et qui ont demandé à être également inculpés.

"Le 17 Juin prochain, la liberté d’expression, étendard porté si haut par la France à travers le monde, sera jugé.

Lorsque la défense des idées et des idéaux du respect des droits Humains ; lorsque la liberté d’information n’est plus ; lorsque ce qui est juste n’est plus appuyé par la justice : alors nous sommes tous en danger.

Ce procès, nous en sommes tous conscient, n’est pas le procès d’une personne. Ce procès n’est pas le procès d’Olivia Zémor. Les accusations qui sont portées contre elle seraient risibles si les conséquences n’étaient pas si graves. De quoi est accusée Olivia ? D’antisémitisme ? D’incitation à la haine ? Olivia a dédié sa vie aux autres, pour le droit de chacun au respect, à la dignité, à la liberté.

Prenez garde : ils nous divisent, nous isolent. C’est la stratégie utilisée ici depuis des décennies, et cette stratégie n’a malheureusement que trop démontré sa puissance.

Nous souhaitons, nous souhaitons vraiment, que la situation en France ne soit pas si nauséabonde qu’elle transparait vue d’ici. Ce procès n’est pas le procès d’une seule personne, ce n’est pas même seulement un procès contre la défense de la liberté de la Palestine… Nous espérons que vous verrez cela.

Nous remercions Olivia, d’accepter ce combat pour nous, et nous sommes conscient des sacrifices qu’il implique. Nous remercions, tous ceux qui la soutiennent, qui s’investissent quotidiennement là où nous ne pouvons malheureusement pas être. Taking action of the kind that encourages Boycott, Disinvestment and Sanctions of companies or countries as a means to influence their behaviour is a peaceful form of protest action that requires broad contribution to the collective action and leaves open the right of individual choice of all who participate. It represents the healthiest form of expression of active dissent.

I am not informed of French Law but if it is not legal in France then it’s a cause for shame to France, because it certainly should be legal. It would also be foolish and dangerous to deny such forms of protest because the need for expression of protest is essential and without socially acceptable options less palatable options will inevitably emerge.

I write to express the strongest possible condemnation of this action that is clearly intended to persecute Olivia Zemor and impede her efforts to promote the BDS Campaign against Israel.

The behaviour of the state of Israel, since its inception, has become increasingly immoral, illegal and inhuman to the point today when all of the informed world is shocked, appalled and disgusted by it. The state of Israel is engaged in sadistic, criminal violence on a routine and on-going basis. Awareness and understanding of the corrupt web of Zionist influence is also spreading and the action of authorities in France of persecuting supporters of BDS is seen and interpreted in that light, thereby exposing the extent of criminal corruption.
This kind of corrupt, criminal influence runs contrary to all civilised values and clearly, cannot be tolerated.

I urge you to heed the dangers, act with integrity and wisdom and to release Olivia Zemor of all charges, persecutions and impediments immediately.

I was shocked to learn that in a democratic country like France that you unable to make a statement supporting the boycott of Israeli goods, the divestment of interests in Israeli goods and companies profiting from sales to Israel, and calling for sanctions against Israel, without being accused of the misdemeanour of provoking discrimination, hate and violence toward a group of people. As you so rightly explain the BDS campaign is not directed at the Jewish people, it is directed at the government of Israel and its policies. It does not incite hatred or violence toward Jews or the Israeli people. It is not even ’civil disobedience’ as it only calls for the lawful right of citizens to exercise their perogative when purchasing goods, or buying/divesting shares, or when travelling abroad. Please be assured that your case is being watched very carefully by people in other parts of the world whose objectives are similar to your own - a just and lasting peace for Palestinians. I wish you every success in defending the charges made against you at the court hearing on 17 June.

Je vous soutiens de tout coeur. je trouve inadmissible que soient ainsi poursuivis ceux qui boycottent Israël.... Moi-même, je refuse d’acheter des produits israéliens, qui viennent peut-être des territoires occupés, et je le dis haut et fort.

Israël en tant qu’Etat, vient encore de tirer sur des manifestants sur des territoires qu’elle occupe indûment et d’en tuer plusieurs dizaines. L’Etat d’Israël défie depuis sa création les lois internationales, n’applique aucune des résolutions de l’ONU, utilise des armes interdites, s’est dotée de l’arme atomique, soumet à un blocus ignoble la population de Gaza, emprisonne des enfants, voire leur tire dessus s’ils ont le malheur de lancer des pierres, et cela dans la plus totale impunité internationale.

Et ce sont les hommes et les femmes qui s’indignent de cela, qui mènent avec les rares moyens dont ils disposent, dont le boycott qui a fait ses preuves contre l’apartheid en Afrique du sud, qui sont poursuivis ! Quelle honte...

C’est l’état d’Israêl qu’il faut combattre par le BDS jusqu’à ce qu’il reconnaisse enfin le droit des Palestiniens. Plus que jamais ce combat est indispensable, comme je viens de m’en rendre compte sur place, en conduisant un nouveau groupe de pélerins en Palestine Israël juste à la veille de la sanglante Nakba. Sammy Ghozlan, fanatique intégriste, colon négationniste et affabulateur, a demandé au gouvernement français de poursuivre Olivia Zémor, parce qu’elle a publié une vidéo appelant au boycott des produits exportés par Israël. Les juges de la 17ème Chambre correctionnnelle du Palais de Justice de Paris devront dire si refuser d’encourager l’occupation est un crime, une incitation à la haine et à la violence. Rendez-vous le 17 juin prochain.

Je suis appelée à comparaître seule devant la 17ème chambre correctionnelle du Palais de Justice de Paris, le vendredi 17 juin prochain, pour avoir publié sur notre site une vidéo d’une action BDS au Carrefour d’Evry, menée par une dizaine d’organisations, et signées par elles, comme vous pouvez le voir en cliquant ici : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWFlRDfcxYQ

Nous avons manifesté notre solidarité en publiant cette action sur notre site en juillet 2009, bien que nous n’ayons pu y participer, car elle a eu lieu au moment même où la librairie Résistances était saccagée par la LDJ.

Les parties civiles (officines israéliennes habituelles) et le gouvernement m’accusent de "délit de provocation à la discrimination, la haine ou la violence envers un groupe de personnes à raison de leur appartenance à la nation israélienne". Comme on le sait, seul le boycott d’Israël constitue une discrimination contre une nation. Le gouvernement français ne demande pas aux juges de condamner les personnes qui appellent au boycott du Mexique, de la Chine, de la Syrie...

Le Tribunal laisse par ailleurs entendre à nos avocats que la QPC (question prioritaire de constitutionnalité) ne sera peut-être pas acceptée lors de cette audience.

Qu’à cela ne tienne ! Nous sommes prêts à nous défendre, et nous avons d’ailleurs beaucoup de choses à dire et à montrer. Trois avocats du Barreau de Paris assureront ma défense. De nombreuses personnalités, dont Hajo Meyer, 86 ans, survivant d’Auschwitz, viendront également témoigner contre cet odieux chantage à l’antisémitisme et contre l’encouragement du gouvernement français à l’occupation et à la colonisation israélienne.

Si les principaux organisateurs de cette action BDS à Evry n’ont pas souhaité s’impliquer, nous remercions les représentants de l’IJAN, de Génération Palestine, du NPA et du Comité Montreuil Palestine, qui ont en revanche accepté de venir témoigner et revendiquer leurs actes.

Votre présence à mes côtés est très importante, pour montrer que l’on ne réussit pas à m’isoler, à isoler CAPJPO-EuroPalestine, et à l’empêcher de jouer son rôle à part entière dans la campagne internationale de Boycott, Désinvestissement, Sanctions (BDS) contre la politique de nettoyage ethnique et d’apartheid de l’occupant israélien. J’invite celles et ceux qui peuvent se libérer, à venir assister à ce procès, et vous donne RV vendredi 17 juin à 13 H à la 17ème Chambre correctionnelle, au 1er étage du Palais de Justice de Paris (M° Cité, Châtelet ou St Michel).

Dear Friends,

I have been summoned to appear alone before the Paris tribunal (17th Chambre Correctionnelle of the Palais de Justice of Paris) on Friday 17 June for having published, on our website, a video of a BDS action at the Carrefour supermarket in Evry (near Paris), organized by a dozen associations and parties, as you can see in this video : http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWFlRDfcxYQ

We showed our solidarity in publishing this action on our website in July 2009, even though we did not participate ourselves, because the action took place at the same time as the Librairie Résistances was sacked by the LDJ. (Kahana movement not forbidden in France !)

The plaintiffs (usual Israeli supporters, and the government are accusing me of “the misdemeanor of provoking discrimination, hate and violence towards a group of persons for reasons of their belonging to the Israeli nation.”

As we know, only the boycott of Israel constitutes discrimination against a nation. The French government does not ask judges to condemn those who call for boycotts of Mexico, China, Syria...

Moreover, the court has given our lawyers to believe that the QPC (Question of Constitutional Priority) may not be accepted during this hearing.

So be it ! We are prepared to defend ourselves and we have many things to say and to show. Three lawyers from the Paris bar will assure my defense. A number of personalities, such as Hajo Meyer, 86 and an Auschwitz survivor, are also coming to testify against the odious charge of anti-Semitism and the French government’s encouragement of Israeli occupation and colonization.

If the principal organizers of the BDS action at Evry have not wished to implicate themselves, we thank the representatives of the IJAN, Génération Palestine, the NPA and the Comité Montreuil Palestine, who, on the other hand, have accepted to come and testify and to lay claim to their actions.

Your presence at my side is very important to show that neither I nor our association CAPJPO-EuroPalestine can be isolated, and that we can not be prevented from fully playing our role in the international Boycott, Disinvestment, Sanctions (BDS) campaign against the Israeli occupyer.
